The construction of an indoor skatepark in Velyka Pysarivka, Sumy Region, has been successfully completed. The skatepark provides ample space for riding and performing a wide variety of skateboarding tricks. It is also suitable for BMX, mountain bikes (MTB), freestyle scooters, streetboarding, and other action sports.

The entire project, including the design, manufacturing, and installation of the skatepark, was carried out by MIRTA’s team of specialists.

Construction of an indoor playground at Disney Club entertainment center

The indoor skatepark features a 300 m² riding area arranged on two levels connected by a step. The riding surface is finished with special antistatic tiles that provide a smooth ride and excellent grip. The shock-absorbing properties of the flooring help reduce the risk of injuries in the event of a fall. Visitor safety is enhanced by perimeter guardrails and protective barriers installed around the skatepark elements.

The skatepark includes the following features:

Bank Ramp – a straight ramp with a gentle incline designed to build speed and perform a wide range of skateboarding tricks.
Quarter Pipe – a curved ramp with a steep transition, suitable for performing nearly all types of tricks. It is one of the essential components of any skatepark and is highly popular among skateboarders.

Both the Bank Ramp and Quarter Pipe are designed with optimal transition angles and smooth riding surfaces to ensure comfortable riding and effective take-offs for tricks.

When constructing an indoor skatepark, the highest priority is creating a safe and functional riding environment. Interior design and finishing are of secondary importance and depend on the client’s preferences and available budget.
